How do I return an item?
HydraulicHoses.com Shipping Policy and Transit Times:
We offer free ground on all orders over $4,500 to the Continental USA States*. Orders placed for over $4,500 qualify for free ground shipping via standard Fedex/UPS/USPS package and standard pallet (not including oversized and extended pallets. Free ground shipping is only available in the Continental USA (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). This policy does not apply to two-day, overnight, or international locations. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS and LTL Carrier.
*Hose Reels – are NOT included in the $4500 free shipping policy. We have excellent discounts with our freight LTL carriers and will pass this lower cost profile to the benefit of our customers.
*20 Foot Long Full Length Tube/Pipe – are exempt from and are not included in the free shipping policy due to the oversize and fragile nature of tube/pipe shipments. We have excellent discounts with our freight LTL carriers and will pass this lower cost profile to the benefit of our customers.
FedEx and UPS have several options for shipping parcels. Below is a quick comparison of their services from our previous UPS services. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, we have no control once the package leaves our facility. Our same-day shipping cutoff will remain at 4PM MST, and we will continue to attempt to get as many orders shipped daily as possible.
Shipping Cutoff Times:
Orders using overnight or 2 day shipping, placed before 4pm MST are guaranteed to ship same day. Ground orders placed before 3pm MST will also ship same day. Please note: Backorders may impact fulfillment time-frame.

If you ordered the wrong parts:
If you purchased a product in error, it can be returned to Hydraulic Hoses with a 25% restocking fee for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond 30 days of delivery date, returns are at the discretion of management. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original, undisturbed packaging. Please include a copy of your RMA form in the return shipment and indicate RMA number of outside of package.
If we sent you the wrong parts:
At Hydraulic Hoses, we check every order for accuracy. However, you receive an incorrect part in your shipment, please notify our customer service team immediately. We will promptly have the correct part shipped out to you. We will also provide an RMA and prepaid shipping label for return of the incorrect parts. Please note, all return products must be received in new and unused condition. Return parts must be received to Hydraulic Hoses within 30 days. If incorrect parts are not returned to Hydraulic Hoses with RMA within 30 days, you will be billed for these.
If parts are found to be defective: If product is found to be defective, please notify Hydraulic Hoses within 30 days of the delivery date. We will get a replacement out to you right away at no additional charge, and provide an RMA and prepaid return shipping label.
The following items may not be returned: cut tubing lengths, cut hose lengths (less than 25’), crimped hose assemblies, custom made to order parts, crimpers, dies.
Cancellations and Change Orders:
Hydraulic Hoses must be notified of all cancellations or change orders by phone. Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.
