Home > Brass Fittings
Our brass fittings are manufactured from high quality CA360 brass material stock. These brass adapters are ideal for low to medium pressure applications, including water, refrigeration fluids, instrumentation controls, greases, fuels, LP and natural gasses.
  • SAE Brass Fittings

SAE 45° JIC brass adapter fittings have a 45° cone seat on the female adapter & a 45° flare on the male adapter.
  • Brass NPT Pipe Fittings

Brass adapter hydraulic fittings use a NPT (National Pipe Tapered) thread that seals when the male taper mates with the female taper.
  • Brass Compression

Flareless compression brass adapter fittings can be used with a wide variety of tubing.
  • Brass British and Metric Fittings

Brass adapter hydraulic fittings use a NPT (National Pipe Tapered) thread that seals when the male taper mates with the female taper.
  • Brass Air Brake Fittings

Hydraulic Hoses supplies a wide variety of brass adapters. Our Brass Air Brake fittings are designed for use on truck and bus compressed air brake systems and are DOT approved. Max operating pressure is 1,200 PSI. The operating temperature range is between -65°F and +250°F.

  • Copper Air Brake Fittings

Hydraulic Hoses supplies a wide variety of brass adapters. Our Brass Air Brake fittings are designed for use on truck and bus compressed air brake systems that are plumbed with copper tubing. Our brass Air Brake Copper Tubing fittings are DOT approved. Max operating pressure is 1,200 PSI. The operating temperature range is between -65°F and +250°F.

  • Brass Hose Barb

Brass Hose Barb fittings are barbed on one end.  The barbs are slanted backwards for insertion into a hose.  Our Hose Barb fittings are designed to install easily and quickly without the use of clamps or ferrules.

  • Brass Inverted Flare Fittings

Brass Inverted Flare fittings are designed with an internal seal that allows for tighter tube bends. Because the seal is internal, the threads are protected and provide excellent vibration resistance. Max operating pressure is 1,200 PSI. The operating temperature range is between -65°F and +250°F.

  • Brass Push On

Brass Push Lock Hose Barb fittings do not require clamps or ferrules to install.  These fittings are ideal for low pressure applications.

  • Brass Push-In

Brass Push-In fittings are a type of compression fitting that allows air and water lines to be attached without the use of tools.  Because Push-In fittings are designed to install without tools and be easily removed, they can reduce assembly time versus traditional compression fittings by 90%.
  • Brass Threaded Sleeve

Our Brass Threaded Sleeve fittings are self-flaring.  During the tightening of the nut, a wedge-shaped sleeve presses against the tubing end to create a flare.  These fittings work best on thin-walled tubing where high torque is not required to produce a flare.  Our Brass Threaded Sleeve fittings are recommended for oil, water, and lubrication systems.

  • Poly Tubing Fittings

Brass Poly-Tube fittings are a type of compression fitting designed to be used with plastic tubing. The nut will rotate around the sleeve as it tightens to prevent twisting and weakening of the plastic tubing. Poly-Tube fittings can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly. The operating temperature range is between -65°F and +250°F.

  • Push-In Air Brake

Our Brass Push-In Air Brake fittings are recommended for air brake systems that do not exceed +200° F, or where battery acid can drip on tubing.  These fittings are not for use with assemblies that convey fuel, water, or oil.

  • Steel JIC FIttings

Our Brass JIC fittings are machined with a 37° flare seat. Both male and female JIC fittings have a 37° seat, and the seal takes place between the male flare and the female cone seat, with the threads holding the connection mechanically. Max operating pressure is 1,200 PSI. The operating temperature range is between -65°F and +250°F.
